The fella with joss sticks had the words '4D' and 'Toto' drawn on his gigantic bifocals before the artists from Nanyang JC changed their minds and painted over them, just in case of offending anyone in the neighbourhood. I'm sure the sponsor, NTUC had a say about that too.
